If you require an ADA accessible room, please let the staff know when making your reservations at Gray Wolf Inn and Suites.- Parking: Three ADA parking spaces located by the rear entrance and one space in the underground parking garage.
- Entrance Doors: no automatic entry doors, nor a designated ADA entrance; underground parking garage door is key-card operated and automatically opens; two elevators inside parking garage; front lobby doors are located immediately to the left of our front desk (allowing hotel clerks to offer immediate assistance when needed).
- Lobby: accessible to wheelchairs.
- Front Desk Registration: slide-out ADA check-in counter at wheelchair height.
- Ramps and Elevators: Two elevators on property that allow access to all floors.

"Grey Wolf Inn is a terrific place with helpful, accommodating staff. It is in an excellent location within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants in West Yellowstone. We found our room to be clean and the inn well maintained. The breakfast bar is excellent with abundant selections of foods to choose from, and they provide smores kits for use with their fire pit during the evening. This was the perfect place to come back to after full days in Yellowstone. Also, the Grizzly and Wolf exhibit across the street from the inn is not to be missed."
"The location is excellent - just minutes outside of Yellowstone National Park, and within walking distances of the shops and restaurants in West Yellowstone. The beds were comfy and the room had all the features you'd expect. The pool and hot tub area were nice, but what really made our stay great was all the extra touches - free guest laundry, s'mores kits, ice cream social - just really thoughtful extras that made our stay memorable."
"1. Staff is really awesome, I had a business call and Marry from front desk allowed us a [late] check out. 2. They keep ice cream and marshmallows, s’mores and Hershey bar for free for your kids to enjoy 3. Nice hot coffee, cereals fruit and milk all day. This was nice as we had young kids who will love to eat whenever. We are traveling for 25 days seeing many national parks and best hotel so far. Money well [spent] for me. We stayed in two queen suites, which comes with all the utensil to cook your lunch and dinner. It is nice to have some quick meal after a long day at Yellowstone specially when restaurants have long waits etc. My sincere thanks to the staff again for making our experience memorable. Housekeeping was also great and very flexible. I asked them to come back later twice and the beds where still done when we came to night."
