We are pleased to present you with the following on-site amenities.
Indoor Heated Pools
No stay at Yellowstone Vacations would be complete without going for a dip in our indoor pools! Heated indoor swimming pools are available year-round at Gray Wolf Inn and Suites and Holiday Inn® West Yellowstone, and seasonally at Yellowstone Park Hotel (mid-April to mid-October). Guests of the Explorer Cabins at Yellowstone are welcome to use the pool at Gray Wolf Inn and Suites.
Bike Rentals
Complimentary bicycle rentals are now available during the summer months at the Holiday Inn® West Yellowstone, Gray Wolf Inn and Suites, and Yellowstone Park Hotel! Guests of the Explorer Cabins at Yellowstone can check out a bicycle at Gray Wolf Inn & Suites. Whether you are a skilled cyclist or simply want to re-live some memories from your childhood, riding a bike is fun way to get some exercise and stay in shape while also exploring some of the most beautiful scenery West Yellowstone has to offer.
Back for 2023 - e-Bike rentals are now available through the Explorer Cabins at Yellowstone Camp Host! Rentals are available 24 hours a day for $25/hour, and $25/kid for a trailer (for the duration of the rental). After regular Camp Host hours (8 AM - 10 PM), e-Bikes can be rented from Gray Wolf Inn and Suites.
Open to the public. Guests must be age 15+ to rent an e-Bike. E-Bikes may be ridden around town, on National Forest trails, and even into the Park!
Explorer Cabins Camp Host
During the summer months at the Explorer Cabins at Yellowstone, we employ a Camp Host who can provide you with information about the area and give you some "local insider" tips on what to see and do during your stay in West Yellowstone. The Camp Host will be stationed at an out building offering binoculars, walking sticks, park/area information, animal sightings, and yard games. Stop on by and say hello!

Outdoor Fire Pits
What would a vacation to Yellowstone be without the time-honored tradition of gathering around the campfire? You won't find this feature at most hotels, but we've got the campfire handled when you stay at the Explorer Cabins at Yellowstone, Gray Wolf Inn and Suites, or Yellowstone Park Hotel!
At the Explorer Cabins at Yellowstone, you will find a community fire pit near each cluster of cabins where you can meet your neighbors and share stories of your day's adventures.
We also recently installed a gas fire pit right next door at Gray Wolf Inn and Suites on our new outdoor patio, and another at Yellowstone Park Hotel in our new outdoor entry area! And, just to make things a little sweeter, complimentary S'mores kits are available at all three of these lodging options. Come pull up a chair and sit a spell, and warm yourself by the comforting fire.
Fires are lit from 5 PM - 11 PM for roasting S'mores.
Holiday Inn® Shuttle
This complimentary shuttle service is available to all overnight guests of the Holiday Inn® West Yellowstone, Gray Wolf Inn and Suites, Explorer Cabins at Yellowstone, and Yellowstone Park Hotel. Shuttle transportation is available seasonally to/from the West Yellowstone Airport (not the Bozeman Airport) from approximately April/May to October, and also provides year-round transportation to/from any of our West Yellowstone lodging facilities, as well as Two Top Snowmobile and Yellowstone Vacation Tours. The shuttle will also service local restaurants, the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center, and more. The shuttle can hold up to nine guests at a time. To request a ride on the shuttle, please call 406-646-7365, or visit your hotel Front Desk.The shuttle service runs from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily.
Game Rooms
Calling all gamers, movie fans, and sports enthusiasts! Whether you've had your fill of nature for the day, or just feel like taking a virtual side-trip to cyberspace on your vacation, our two game rooms have your digital entertainment needs covered. These facilities are FREE to use for overnight guests of Yellowstone Park Hotel and the Holiday Inn® West Yellowstone:
- Eight 60" flat screen TVs with numerous Xbox One games
- Two 80" flat screen TVs:
- One 80" TV includes cable TV and Netflix
- One 80" TV includes Xbox One Kinect
- Air Hockey and Foosball tables
- Giant Jenga
- Classic Atari Cocktail table featuring 60 classic games
- Drinks and food are allowed in the game room
- Stop by the Front Desk to check out a controller, headset, and a copy of the game room rules

On-Site Laundry
Being on vacation means taking a break from the household chores of everyday life, but let's face it, sometimes there just isn't enough luggage space to pack all the clothes you'll need. The good news is, we have free laundry facilities available! Guest laundry is available year-round at the Holiday Inn® West Yellowstone and Gray Wolf Inn and Suites, and seasonally at the Yellowstone Park Hotel.
Pet Friendly
Here at Yellowstone Vacations, we know that all members of your family are important, including the four-legged ones! West Yellowstone does not have a ton of pet-friendly lodging, but we are proud to count three of our properties among these exclusive few: Explorer Cabins at Yellowstone, Gray Wolf Inn and Suites, and the Holiday Inn® West Yellowstone. Heated Underground Parking
A winter trip to Yellowstone is an experience unlike any other, and will leave you with memories that will last a lifetime, but digging your car out of the snow each morning is not necessarily something you'll want to include in those memories. When you stay at Gray Wolf Inn and Suites, however, this is not a concern thanks to our heated underground parking! For some guests, this amenity alone is reason enough to stay at Gray Wolf Inn and Suites. Simply park and drive at your leisure, and don't worry about having to deal with the snow shovel.
Electric Charging Stations
As part of our commitment to preserving Yellowstone National Park, we offer charging stations for electric vehicles (Tesla, Chevy Volt, Nissan Leaf, Toyota Prius, etc) at the Holiday Inn® West Yellowstone and Gray Wolf Inn and Suites! Charging stations at each property are free to use for paid guests.Local Entertainment
There is no shortage of attractions to explore and trails to hike within Yellowstone National Park, but in terms of entertainment and places to eat, you'll find your options are pretty limited inside the Park. Thankfully, these are areas where West Yellowstone shines! Several favorites are located within easy walking distance of our hotels and cabins:- The Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center is directly across the street from Gray Wolf Inn and Suites and the Explorer Cabins at Yellowstone. Here, you can see gray wolves, grizzly bears, and other Yellowstone wildlife in a way you can't see them inside the Park - up close and personal!
- The Yellowstone Giant Screen IMAX Theatre sits adjacent to the Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center, and shows movies about Yellowstone as well as current box office hits on a 6-story tall screen.
- The Oregon Shortline 1903 Railroad Car is located inside the Holiday Inn® West Yellowstone, right next to The Branch Restaurant and Bar. This is a carefully restored historic railroad car that once belonged to the Vice President of the Union Pacific Railroad. Self-guided tours are available daily.
